Hi Greg, one suggestion that another user had might work for you.
If you just want to display a static image of the presenter with some bio information, you can create a single image with the picture and all the info and insert it as a logo in the player.
I am not sure what the optimal dimensions should be but the side bar is Normal 0 false false false oNotPromoteQF /> EN-CA X-NONE X-NONE /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-priority:99; mso-style-qformat:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt; mso-para-margin-top:6.0pt; mso-para-margin-right:0cm; mso-para-margin-bottom:6.0pt; mso-para-margin-left:467.8pt; text-indent:-233.9pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"; mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast; mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi;}240px if that helps. You will have to play around with it.
I did insert a very large image into the logo field (2800 x 2150) just to see what it would do and SL scaled it down nicely.
Of course you would not want to use an image that large just for performance reasons.

This will display on every slide.
Hi Nancy,
Thanks that might work OK? Are there any size limits on the static image?
Thanks
Greg

Weird - don't know where all that garbage came from in my last post - the side bar is 240px.
