Is there a way to prevent users from downloading course videos and documents that are part of a SCORM package uploaded to our LMS? It appears that built in browser plugins are enabling users to access proprietary files in our courses. Having this issue with any SCORM package, as the attachment shows.

May I ask if you have reached out to your LMS provider directly to inquire about locking down the components of your SCORM package? My apologies if I am not clear on what you need, but I am not aware of a method to accomplish what you have in mind, but perhaps others in the community will be able to shed a bit more light.
Unfortunately within Storyline or Studio there is not an option to password protect or prevent a user from downloading and accessing the files as you have shown - it's been a question asked here in the forums before, and this discussion although older brings up a lot of good points - such as the prolific nature of cell phones and the ability to record or snap images of whatever is needed.
