We're doing an update to a course of about 60 slides. For some reason, a couple of slides (so far) won't preview. The preview screen shows (see below)and won't play.
I found that deleting arbitrary triggers will correct the preview so it plays.
Hi Sam! What triggers seemed to be causing this problem? If we can recreate this in a new file, I'd like to get it logged as a possible software bug. The more information you can provide here, the better!
Deleting arbitrary triggers sounds unusual. I don't think that description matches the few issues we saw and implementing as a part of the fix last week.
Do you have a support case started for this already? If not, please upload one of those files to our team here.

I'll file a case and upload the .story.
We’ve opened case number 01253393 for you.
I'll also post back here with support feedback... the good, the bad, the ugly.
Thanks Sam for sending in the case. Our team will be in touch as soon as they can, and we'll keep an eye on your case too to share updates here in ELH!

I'm really sorry to hear that you didn't receive Ryan's latest reply (sent 2/6/2018 3:54 PM EST):
Hi Sam,
I see what you mean. I'm also unable to preview slide 1.1 if the trigger is there. Removing the trigger allowed me to preview the slide. However, you won't be able to preview slide 1.2 since it appears that the bug occurs when previewing a slide if a slide is followed by a draw from question bank. Here's a quick screencast using a test file - https://articulate.fyi/2BdH0It
As a workaround, you can delete the trigger to jump to the draw from question bank or add a blank slide in between the slide that you want to preview and the question bank.
I’ll let you know as soon as we have an update on this issue. Thanks so much again for letting us know about this, and I’m sorry if it’s slowing you down.
To be clear, this is absolutely a bug, and we're absolutely working on it. We hope to have it fixed for Update 13, which is currently targeted for late February.
The issue detailed here where you're unable to preview slide if a slide is followed by a Draw from Question Bank is fixed in Update 13 of Storyline 360 released today.
Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for each application. Details here.

The latest Storyline 360 update that came out yesterday should fix the issue.
There was also a Storyline update today that we applied. It is this most current release that we are experiencing this problem.

Hi Askley,
I'm wondering if the slide preview works for you?
It takes time out of the workday to create and upload a .story file with a clear description that will demonstrate a problem.
Articulate would benefit if a portal were available to the problem owner to check status and provide further information.
Lacking that, problem submission is often an exercise in futility.
I did get feedback day 1. The support tech noted that previewing the entire screen worked fine.
I confirmed that fact and let them know that previewing the single slide did not work.
Silence ever since. Two days and waiting.
Also... Today's update to 12.14647.0 has the same issue.

I found Ryan's email in the spam folder. I've marked the domain to be safe so it shouldn't happen again. Thanks.
