I am new to SL 360. I imported a project that was done in Studio '13. When I preview in SL 360, it does not preview the Engage files. How can I view them to ensure they function? Thank you.
Do you have the modern player enabled? We're looking into the behavior where Engage '13 interactions imported into Storyline 360 appear blank when using the modern player.
Let me know if that matches your experience!
If so, one way around this is to upgrade the Engage '13 file to Engage 360 first and then import the interaction into Storyline 360.
