Every time I try to preview my individual slide or the entire scene, it crashes. I just did a software update yesterday. My project is small; with some audio. I was working fine for several hours, once it started, it kept crashing. I tried closing/reopening Storyline; made a new file (importing slides from the other one, as recommended in another post.) I was able to preview one slide and it crashed the second time.
I'm sorry to hear you're running into crashing issues while previewing! I'd like to get some eyes on your project file as soon as possible to help nail down the cause of the problem.
