Preview not working

Hi guys,
I have read through previous comments about the preview not working. I followed this link https://en-uk.articulate.com/support/storyline-2/preview-isnt-working-in-articulate-software-with-flash-player-2000267-installed
I uninstalled the update and restarted my laptop, then preview worked, now I have just gone back to it and it has stopped working again, im left with a blank page.
Are there any fixes to this yet as I am on a tight deadline and need the preview button to see my work and also to design the colours of the player.
