Please can someone help me? Every time I try to preview a slide the error message comes up and says an error has occured and Articulate has to close down.
I am working in Articulate Storyline 2. My updates are all updated. I have tried closing the programme and then closing the computer. Neither of those worked. I would appreciate some help, thanks.
sounds like the slide itself is corrupt. Try recreating the slide and deleting the original or create a new project and import the slides in up to the erroring slide and see what happens.
Thank you! You were so right. In the end I narrowed it down to one particular picture on one slide, that was corrupting that slide. Replace the picture with another one, and voila, it all works. Thank you for your help

I established that it was just in that particular project, and by process of elimination, I found the errant slide. Thank you for help.
