The preview functionality suddenly stopped working. It was working in the morning but suddenly the preview of all existing/new storyline projects show show a blank slide, irrespective of whether I preview a slide, scene, or project. Also the audio play function/preview is not working. Attached is a screenshot of what happens when I preview a slide. Also I have reinstalled Storyline 2 as well as flash player. Would be great if you could help.

If you've installed the latest updates (I'm not sure of each of the update numbers) and have checked that you have later than Flash 20.0.0.267 then I think we'll need to have you work with our support engineers to dive a bit deeper into your system set up and anything else happening. Happy to hear you're back up and running Nicole! Those windows updates definitely threw us all for a loop and you may want to look at setting up your system to automatically download them but not install them unless you choose too - that way you'll at least know when something changes.
Hi everybody, I'm experiencing this issue since today, 2016/06/03. I uninstalled SL2, installed the new Flash version, reinstalled SL2 last version, and all I got is now is getting an error message while Preview not loading. Anybody has a clue? :-/
Did you use the latest update of Storyline 2 Update 9, or the last one you had on your computer? Did you follow the steps in the article here for your version of Flash?
If you're still having difficulty after installing the latest updates, I'd invite you to work with our Support Engineers so that we could determine a bit more about what's happening on your set up.
I've already read the article about Flash but I didn't give attention to download and install Flash with IE. I did it with Firefox. I updated Flash from IE now, and I can preview a Slide and a Scene. However, I still get the error message I posted when I try to preview the whole course.
Would recommend to reinstall SL2 after updating Flash from IE? It used to help on SL1. :)

Hello Nicole.
Agree with impact on efforts! The Adobe Flash update is what cured the issue for me. If you update Flash this should cure the problem.

after installing all windows updates for windows 8.1 except (kb2919355) it stops with error.
preview problem still exists, any other suggestions? :(

I just had IT load Flash 20.0.0.286, and preview is back up and running! Seriously, I don't know what I would do without the Articulate forums!
