Preview options in Storyline
Feb 03, 2014
Hi all,
I use a lot of timing to progress my stories, and often will have different components appearing on a slide for a certain amount of time each before the "Next" button finally appears at the very end of the timeline. I think this is a great way to get learners to pay attention to the contents of the slide, however it does pose a small problem for me.
When previewing my slides, I'm forced to sit through all the content and wait for the buttons to appear every time. This gets a bit tedious! Is there any sort of "fast forward" button available within preview mode? Or any other way of getting around my carefully planned timing?
Thanks!

Hi Bridget,
Do you have the seekbar on? I always have it on when I'm developing, even it I don't plan to use it for the final version. That way I can use the slider on the seekbar to move quickly to the portion of the slide that I'm wanting to review.
Please shout out with any questions.
Fabulous, that works wonderfully! Thanks
Great!
