When I preview slides in my WBT, or upload for Review 360 , all the images that were placed in as 'zoomable' to make bigger, are reduced in scope. Not the actually image when it is zoomed out, but the shrunken version of the image is even smaller when I preview. I have even adjust the Quality option under customization for images to 100% however this does not seem to fix anything.

Which Storyline 360 update are you using? Click the Help tab, then About Storyline.
Is this happening with any project file or a specific one?
I found this related discussion where closing and restarting Storyline 360 seemed to correct the image. Let's try that, and let me know if you see a difference!
