How come when I preview one individual slide it will show all the layers and if I click preview the entire scene it won't show all the layers? This is my first day using Storyline so I'm wondering if I just missed something.
Both Preview This Slide and Preview This Scene should properly display all layers. Would you mind demonstrating the problem for us so that we can better understand what might be going on? Thanks!
Are you showing layers on the next button? If you have a jump to next slide trigger without a condition this will jump to the next slide, but would not be evident when you previewed a single slide
