Not sure what is going on here. Maybe someone can clarify? When I preview my slide, the slide on the preview does not match my Storyline 3 slide. See the attached photos. The first one is my slide in Storyline 3, notice I have a couple highlighted hotspots, there a couple items under the Topics tab, and there is no "Navigation" tab in the upper right. When I preview however, the highlights are gone, the Topics are gone and there is a Navigation tab. Ideas? Thoughts?
I'm assuming you are creating like a nav instructions slide? To me it seems as though the screenshot you have of the course is not as updated as the actual player of the course. Is there someone else working on the same file? Is there a chance they have updated the Player?
If I am completely off there, is there any chance you can share the file? I'd be happy to have a look for you.

I agree with Veronica, the player was updated after the screenshot.
1. Highlighted hotspots When you preview, hotspots disappear; that's part of their appeal, and also why you don't see them in screen 2.
2. Topics It looks to me like both topic tabs have the same three items under them.
3. Navigation The navigation tab was added to the player after the screenshot was taken.
Those are my thoughts and ideas.
