Preview stops and shows white screen and Exclamation Point

Hi,

I am new to Storyline, and I'm working on my first project. I have 2 slides in my project that I am having difficulties with. Both slides have audio content on them, and one of the slides have video content. When I go to preview the slides or scenes, or even entire project, these screens turn white with a grey exclamation point in the middle of the screen. I cannot advance to the next slide or go anywhere. It appears that the player just crashes. This happens at different points throughout the timing of the slide. Sometimes the slide doesn't even begin. Other times, the audio almost completes before it crashes.

I am wondering what would be causing this and what I can do about it.

Actually, the problem seems to be fixed now! I was getting the problem during my free trial, but now that I purchased the software, it seems to be working fine!

I'm glad to hear that But the trial software really shouldn't behave any differently than a purchased version. Hmmm....

I am also having a problem with storyline. I just downloaded and I can get the simulation to work just fine but when I try to do the try me mode it produces a white screen is there an email I can send you my file to as I work for a company with confidential information.
