This appears to be a request or plea for the past several years. Is anyone listening? I have a 70 slide project and throughout I have made changes. Each time as you know I have to go back to the beginning which means going through all of the interactions just to find out if a hotspot is working. If it isn't I have to go over and try it again. Please tell me that this issue has been resolved and I don't have the upgrade. I just started using Articulate in August because it is the company's choice.
Don't know if that's what you're looking for but you can preview any slide using the Select menu while in preview mode (discovered this a few days ago !)
As far as I know you still can't preview a series of slides like you can in Articulate Presenter. This is frustrating as I frequently would like to see how 3-4 slides work together without having to preview and entire scene or project.
If you haven't already I'd ask you to submit a feature request. The more people who do the better chance we have of seeing it implemented.

Thanks for sharing the feature request link.
The only way to preview now is by slide, by scene or entire project. You could move the slides into a new scene and view them that way.
