I have completed a screen simulation today on storyline and tried to view the presentation in preview mode. I am unable to see my slide deck and all I get is a white screen. Help please.
It sounds like you can't preview any slides within your file? Does this happen with only your screen recordings or any files you've tried to preview?
First, please confirm you're following along with these guidelines for working in Storyline:
Work on your local drive (your C: drive).Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, includingfile corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory pathto your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters(for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents orsymbols in your file names.
Next, if it's just that one file you could try importing it into a new Storyline project as described here.
