In my published file, with Restricted Navigation, I click on the Previous button (for all slides) but it does NOT jump to the previous slide. It plays the same slide again, from the beginning.
The attached file shows the Triggers I have set. They are set the same for all slides.
From the looks of your screenshot, you have the correct trigger in the Trigger Pane. I concur with Eric that it would be helpful to look into your .story project file to investigate the issue further. Just use the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the reply window.
