On additional thing. On this file I imported in all of my questions from another storyline file. For some reason the Hover, Down, and Disabled State on many of the distractor/answer response options was changed. Is there a way to reset all of the "States" of each distractor to be the default?
Great detective work and I'm glad you reached out to our Support team. I see you're already working with Gerald to see if we could track the cause of the other concerns.
You're in talented hands, and I'll follow the troubleshooting!
Experiencing the same problem. Previous button won't work in questions which are part of a scenario. The only option appears to be to uncheck the both previous and next under the restricted choice, at the same time. Doing that changes the lesson from restricted to free
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing in your project file.
Restricted means learners can view the current slide and any slide they previously viewed, but they can't jump ahead or skip over slides.
Since you're having difficulty with the previous button, with your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

In addition on the file above when published there is a noticeable delay when the Next button appears after selecting an answer response. See https://360.articulate.com/review/content/67b1f938-431b-489d-8eef-c15e5fe49afe/review for both the delay as well as the Previous button *not* working.
I figured it out. Nevermind. I had Next and Previous Locked in the Player Controls.

The lesson learned - do not import files from a Network drive. That is what caused this problem.
Thanks for popping back in to share with the community, Thomas.
Is there a way to leave the Previous navigation button available when Restricting Nav?
