I am having a bit of an issue with my presentation where once published or even in preview the first 3 slides mess up when i click the previous button or i click on them again in the menu. They will come up with the Audio and a blank blue screen but none of the actual visuals will come up.
The presentation is about 30 slides with multiple layers and all audio but it is only an issue with the first 3 even though there is nothing special or different in these slides to the rest of the presentation.
Tell me more about what's going on in your file. What happens when you click the Previous button?
If you can share a sample of your file and let me know which version of Storyline you're using, that would be even better! You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
Sure at this point I have submitted a help ticket - but it is similar to this situation - the learner launches the course travels 4 slides in and bang - instead of seeing menu page 1 they see the skin with the workspace filled with a blue screen, they can click on the forward button and see the second page of the menu, but as this is a locked course and must be taken in consecutive order the learner can not take the course. From the second page of the menu they can select the back button, but again the blue screen shows up. - the only solution has been to re-register them and let them try a second time and it usually works, but not appropriate or viable for 10,000 learners and a 10% of the learners experiencing this.
