I have seen the various threads on this issue and tried to recreate the trigger so that the buttons hide at 0 but it still flashes when we watch it in preview mode. Why the delay on the button to hide - it really brings the quality of the build down.
Any ideas - here is a quick vid of the slide - typically we just use when timeline start it hides and it flashes then tried it with the 0 and still flashes?
Really appreciate if someone can let us know if this is an error with the software or can we fix this ?
Thanks for sharing that video of what you're seeing! I was able to replicate the experience using Storyline 360 Update 43 in preview and published formats only when there are no buttons already on-screen (i.e., the first slide).

It looks like this is the expected behavior, since the player and its buttons load before the first slide.
Is that what you're experiencing?
