Pricing

I know that I have read a discussion recently in the community about pricing elearning courses.  I also remember that somebody in that conversation posted a link to a site (was it in Canada? - can't quite remember) that provided a calculator for price estimations.  Can anyone else recall that and know where that site is?  My other recollection is that other contributors to the discussion thought that the calculator over-priced work and that their clientele could not afford the prices quoted.  Help?
