I have added a certificate to my course in which there is an option for printing the certificate for which I have added a JS code. The HTML5 output is working fine but, I have to submit the project as flash file. How can I add this print functionality in the flash output?
Also I have added a variable to the certificate which fetches the system date using JS but in flash file it is not working as flash does not support JS. What can I do to retain the functionality in the flash file?

Javascript is supported in Flash and HTML5 - so that shouldn't be what is causing the problem. Here's some general best practices about Javascript, including testing the course in the intended environment.
I'll leave you in Matthew's hands though - as I'm certainly no Javascript expert!
