Yes it is possible. You will need to insert an Input>Data Entry>Text Entry Field on your first slide.
You can check on the Variable name of the Text Entry Field by clicking on the [X] box on the rightmost side of the screen. You can edit the default 'TextEntry' variable name to your preferred name.
Then on your Result Slide, you can reference the variable by enclosing the variable name between two % signs example: %TextEntry%

That is great but when I go to print the results, the name is not on there. How can I get it on the results page I can print?

By default, if the field is tracked by the results slide, it will be included in the report.
Otherwise, your option is to allow the user to add their name before printing as this document shows.
Above and beyond that would be a custom set-up and I'll leave that to the community to chime in and offer their examples and ideas.
