Print out of quiz questions

Hi all

We are having issues with our LMS correctly logging if an e-learning (SL2) has been completed or not, especially if the e-learning contains a quiz and we are tracking the result slide (I believe this is mainly down to not setting up the LMS correctly) One of the suggestions from our LMS administrator is to provide a copy of the questions, with the correct answers

Is there an easy way of obtaining a printout of the questions, with the correct answers?

I know you can publish to word but that includes ALL slides and we don't want to have to go through it to edit out all the unrequired content!

Hi Patricia!

Most learning management systems (LMSs) consider a course to be in review mode when attempting it again after the completion requirement has been met. This prevents learners from accidentally changing their course status from complete back to incomplete. If you'd like to change this default behavior, see this article for details.

As far as publishing to Word or any other means, we do not have partial publishing or the ability to specify slides.

This is a long standing problem with Articulate. Years ago you could open the file in a text reader and extract the section with the questions to open in a spreadsheet. I haven't tried that trick in years. PLEASE enter an enhancement request.

Unless all the users that encounter bad design ask for reasonable enhancements change will never happen.
