print page with javascript not working in Chrome anymore?

Nov 25, 2020

Hi there

I have to update a bunch of student courses that are web output.  For years, each module has a Print page menu I created with the javascript print code.  I haven't check these in a long time, and noticed it won't launch now in Chrome but works in IE.  But internally we have many issues with IE so we always tell our students to use chrome.  Any thoughts?  Assuming a Chrome setting that has changed?

The image I have attached is what is in my storyline file.

This is the link to the course, but Print page menu top right won't launch the print window for me.

Edit:  Just wanted to add we wrote this statement years ago:  Reminder: Please launch e-learnings in Chrome in order to print your certificate. (will not print in IE)  - on the website as the issue was always the other way around...

Edit:  So, I uploaded it again, and got the new storyline urls without the html5 in it and this one works.  http://www.camhx.ca/Education/online_courses/Workplace_Violence_Prevention_students/story.html

So, I will just upload them all again, I am truly having a conversation with myself lol!  But if anyone can explain what is up that would be great!

Thanks

T
