My understanding is the 'Print quiz results' feature that's built in to SL should prompt the learner to enter a name before printing. I've used this feature often for our compliance courses, but I'm working on a new module that is behaving differently. When I click on 'print results' the results page appears normal but with no name.

Try editing the trigger for your print results button. There should be an option box to prompt for their name.
