I can't get Storyline to Print Results. When the user clicks on the button, it requests their name, but then nothing happens afterward. Is there a browser setting or something else I should change?
We used Quizmaker before and didn't have this problem.

It is working today. However, I had the same problem with another training today. Then when I closed all my IE windows and retried it, it worked. I'll see if this is a problem when we publish to our website and get back to you.

I would like to add more data when printing to results.html(certificate). Anyway to collect more than just the name? What file needs to be edited?
