I'm currently using Storyline 2 and I'm having an issue with the print results page for users using Chrome. When they print the print results button, they can enter their name but the print results page doesn't appear. When the user takes the course through IE, the print results buttons works and displays the results page. Any help/suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Storyline 3 and Storyline 360 have really boosted support for features in HTML5 output, including Print Results. As more modern browsers are disabling Flash Player by default, we're happy to help you find a path to upgrading your content to a newer version!
Hi Indrani! Upgrading from Storyline 2 to Storyline 3 is $699 per license. If you'd like to upgrade to Storyline 3, you can do that online at https://articulate.com/p/storyline-3#buy by choosing "Buy License", then "Upgrade Existing Storyline License" from the dropdown menu.

Hi, Mitzi!
When you view your content in Chrome, you're likely viewing the HTML5 output (since Chrome is starting to disable Flash).
The Print Results feature is only supported in the Flash output, and that's why it's working correctly in Internet Explorer.
How can we fix this problem? Do you have a work around? Thanks

Thanks, Crystal. Unfortunately, we do not have the budget to upgrade to 360 or Storyline 3. For Storyline 3, how much extra would it cost? Thanks
Also, on another note, is there a way the user can after completion of a quiz, review the results at a later time? H/ere is the detailed posting.
