I published my story.html output to my C: drive and had no issues seeing the Print Results popup after typing in my name. However, I can't get it to work when I publish to the network. I've read the forum results for this issue and there doesn't seem to be a resolution - just workarounds that have worked for some people. We don't have an LMS yet and this course is going live next week. I need to be able to have the users print something as I'm about ready to instruct them to take a print screen of the Results slide if I can't get this to work.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I cannot post the .html file due to company policy.
Actually I wanted to clarify a bit more. I can only access the popup browser results window through Storyline when I publish and then click "View Project" in Storyline. When opening the story.html file in Windows Explorer, the popup window will not open after entering my name. I've cleared the Flash cache as well. I've tried from C:\ and from the network drive. I'm using IE10.
