Print Results Problems While Using Internet Explorer

Hello everyone,

I recently had a problem with my print results not working properly in Storyline 2 and the pasted article below that was found by one of our technical wizards was very helpful in clearing up my problems.

Now my quiz results print with no problems and we can document the quizzes for all of our training.

Just thought that this information might help someone else having these difficulties.

Yes Leslie,

That is absolutely correct! I could view the course just fine in IE with the exception of the "Print Results" feature not working. However, by doing what the article had described; going in to the tools and "unchecking" the compatibility boxes I was able to print the results of the quiz with no problems. This was a deal breaker for my company as we require the documentation of the quiz in order to evaluate the test questions. I am very excited and happy to say that my first course on my own has been a success! Thank you all for your support!
