We are combining 4 different results slides together to form one Assessment, essentially, each set of questions is a different "Level". The Print Results button generates the Results, but instead of the headings saying Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, like the main results slide, they just repeat the quiz title. Is there a setting in Storyline to change this? See Attached image for a slightly better description and visual.

I've managed to alter your file for my purposes (at least part of the way), but since I'm not an HTML coder, I'm having trouble finding where the "Level" headers are stored. I'd like to update those alternate Quiz Headers with the titles that apply to my course.

Unfortunately there are no settings for changing the headings.
With a little bit of coding, the report.html file can be updated.
I have attached a new report.html file with the heading changes.
After publishing your course, you will need to replace the report.html file with the attached one.
