Thanks for your answer but I don't use CHROME but IE or FIREFOX, and I use too ARTICULATE PLAYER.

The only solution for me is to captur screens and put in the PDF files.

Sorry I can't be of more help Stephane, I hope the community of heroes are able to come to your rescue! 

Scripting is the only way to have printing start up with a trigger, and the same script should work in Chrome, Firefox and IE. The Articulate Player however does not support scripting, so there's no real solution that works 100% the same across devices
