Print slide without player

Dec 20, 2017

I'm creating a program with Storyline 2 that allows the user to enter their own data into text fields, then collects all the responses (using variables) on the final slide as a "report" rather than a quiz/results approach. I'd like the user to be able to print that final slide without the player so it actually looks like a report (see attached image) and also to download it as a PDF.

Does anyone have a clever solution that doesn't require knowing how to write Java or html code?

Thanks.

As far as I know there is no way to print only the content - not the player. The print function is part of the individual browser you are using. You can't control with storyline what your browser will print.

If you use html and JavaScript you can export your data to external html files and call them via a trigger Event.
