Are you publishing and uploading the course to the intended environment to test it? Testing items such as the Javascript locally could not work as expected based on browser and security restrictions detailed here.
Have you uploaded to your LMS? If it's not working there you may want to look at testing at SCORM Cloud as it's an industry standard for LMS testing and this article will help walk you through it. You'll also want to confirm t hat you're viewing it in a supported browser.
Thanks for letting us know you're testing it at SCORM Cloud. If the content is not appearing I'd have to assume something is wrong in the Javascript code. Since it's not something I can offer support for, I'd advise posting the code or .story file here so that folks in the community can take a look and you may also want to reach out to other users in the forums who mention using it by utilizing the "contact me" button on their profiles. That will allow you to connect with them directly for additional assistance.

If you are referring to the print widget from elearningEnghanced, then you can use it in as many courses as you like.

My courses are HTML - will widget work for them? And, can you set it so you only print one slide - completion certificate for example?
Are the HTML codes in Storyline?

Thank you. Here is the file.
Looks like you have pasted the code from a web button.
For that method you just need to use this code:
That is the code that I originally used, but it would only print the window with a blank page. That is why I searched for a different code.
