I've seen some threads on printing certificates but am still struggeling. I don't have any programming knowledge. Is there an easy way to include a print button (that works with the IE)?
Would it also be possible to state that the option only comes up if x from x slides have been viewed or particular slides?

Hi Kim! Storyline does not include an e-mail results/certificate feature.
The most utilized thread related to this can be found here, but like you said it takes programming.
Maybe someone in the community will be able to step in and assist you.
