I am new to Articulate. Having abandoned Adobe for its lack of offline capability and inability to print results without an LMS. However, I am having continued trouble getting it to print my essay inputs. The box allowing user to print is selected, but when I select print results no window opens with the results. This also occurs when I use the demo online! Is this a problem with my browser? Or is it a bug in Articulate?
Where are you testing your published output? Testing it locally could be what is causing this issue, as you'll want to test within the intended publish environment as described here. You mentioned using a demo online - is this one of our demos? You may want to look into what browser you're using to view the content and ensure you're using one of the recommended browsers here, and that the browser is enabled to allow pop ups - as the "print results" page will appear as an new HTML window.
