Printing issue plus more

Alright, heroes, I need you!

I used the basic javascript window.print(); for a checklist slide and a certificate slide in Storyline 360. It literally worked just fine yesterday. Today, it zooms in on the slide. I have to manually change the scaling on the print dialogue. Problem is, I don't have an easy way to communicate that with the audience (and with all of the different print dialogue boxes I am not trying to troubleshoot them all). I even tried a different code found here.
