Printing on Android and Iphone

I really need some help, when viewing a slide on either type of phone, everything works great except the user cant print the active page correctly. I'm using the script: window.print() which does open the print preview page on both devices, but it only shows and prints "Please rotate your device", (of course the rotation doesn't change anything). I have been all over the net and cant seem to find an answer. It must be my player or slide settings,  due to the fact, its doing this on every phone we tried, all within a year old or so. I also did try different player settings to no avail. Prints great on a desktop or laptop. Any help would be a really good thing...thanks!  (screenshot attached)
