I have added a Print Results button with the trigger to allow learner to print their quiz results...no name input option. I have published the project, but I am not able to get the results slide to print. Any ideas why it won't work?
Can this be tested by accessing the story HTML document located in the Storyline output folder?
When you're testing, I'd double check that you've upload to a web server or LMS vs. testing it locally from the output folder. Since the print results creates a new window/tab in your browser, its one of the items that could get caught up in the local playback security restrictions.
If you're not ready to upload to your final destination, take a look at these other options:
