Printing Results slide

When printing the results slide, I would like to have the question text for the user to review. I've noticed some of the question text is shown on the left and others are not. This may have been covered somewhere in the posts, but is there a setting somewhere that causes this? Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks, for getting back to me Christine. I've gotten this far, but as you can see below, I'm not getting all the text in the question boxes pass the first three. Is there something in the settings I can change?
