Printing slides

Hello,
I have succeeded in having the user be able to print any slide they want while taking the training and clicking on the ''Print'' trigger on the top right of the player. But then for some reason, I can't seem to get it to work in my french version. Other than the name of the trigger being ''Imprimer'' instead of ''Print'' I can't see any difference which would cause the issue. I have the functioning and the non functioning presentations attached.
Your assistance would be really really appreciated!!!

Hi Sarah, thanks for including your files! It looks like you're using a Javascript print trigger here. Although our team doesn't offer support for Javascript, there are quite a few folks in this community who would love to help!
