Printing the quiz results without printing the correct answer

Hi,

We have an quiz that we have to do once a year. We draw questions from the same question bank every year so when the user prints their results, we don't want the correct answer to be seen on the printed report.

I have played with changing the report.html but I don't know how to get it in the course before publishing it as SCOORM2004 (and then turning it into a zip file.

Is there a way to add a certificate in any other way to the course, like building a slide the user could print and before printing they would have to fill in their name?
