Can you confirm that you're following the directions here to publish to a Word file that is saved to your local drive, and that your .story file is also being worked on locally as well? If so, is it the Word document that shows blank slides or does something happen to your .story file that cause them to all be blank? What update of Storyline are you using? We're currently on update 5.
I figured out what I was doing wrong. The slide images wouldn't show in the page layout view of Word, but showed up when I put it in reading view. Never had that issue before but it worked. Thanks for responding.
