Problem after attempting to download Update 2

Hi,

I attempted to download update 2 this morning, and since then my working day has grinded to a halt as I have not been able to use Storyline at all.

Everytime I even try and just open it from my desktop I get the message ' Storyline has encoutered an error and will have to shut down. Apologies for the inconvenience.'

We have attempted an un-install and re-install of the software but nothing works!!!

Any suggestions?

Sorry for the trouble. Can you confirm that Update 2 was installed onto a local drive, rather than a network or USB drive?
