Problem in audio syncing in FLV video

Hello,

I am facing an issue related to audio-syncing in FLV videos. When we import an FLV video in a project, the published output works fine locally.

But when we upload it online on LMS, the audio gets out-of-sync. Sometimes, the audio gets paused in between but the video keeps on playing.

Also, the video keeps on playing after the timeline is finished.

I am converting a MP4 video into FLV with Adobe Media Encoder with the following settings:

Codec: On2 VP6
with Alpha Channel
Frame Rate: Same as source
Bitrate Encoding: VBR
Encoding Passes: Two
Bitrate Level: High

Has someone faced this similar issue?

Is there any work around for this?

The problem is that timeline doesn't wait until all objects are full loaded. So if you open the slide with huge video, audio starts to play when slide is loaded but video needs to time to load few seconds at least.

Solution: put together your audio with video or give f.e 5 seconds for loading video and then start timeline.

Hello Kamil,

I have integrated the audio in the video itself. I will try giving buffering time for the video to load.

Actually the problem is that, the video keeps on playing but the audio pauses.

Hi Vaibhav!

You mention that it's occuring on your LMS. Is this something that you can replicate on SCORM Cloud? If so, could we take a look at your .story file to better understand.
