Problem in running a HTML5 project

I produced a new eLearning with Storyline 3 and published it in CD format. But when I try to open it in other computers (Most of them have a windows 7 64 bit operating system with internet explorer 9) I get the following error message: This course cannot be played because your web browser does not support HTML5. I even installed the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome on those systems and made them the default browser but I still get that error when I try to execute the project file. Can anyone help me?
