Hello, I have a published storyline 2 course that worked just fine on all browsers. Today I noticed that on some computers in our company there is now a problem viewing the course on Chrome (works fine in IE and Firefox) - only the frame is visible - empty, with no content inside. What can be the cause? we all work in the same network, under the same web servers and are all effected by the same updates - What can explain this? How can it be solved? Thank you
Hi, folks, I had the same issue that you reported: html5 not showing in Google Chrome, only a frame of the course. It works in Firefox and IE though. I installed the latest version of Chrome (63), still having the problem.
After some research, I found the following article. I installed the updater and scanned my Storyline course, and it worked! Give it a try to see if it helps with your problem.
