I have two questions about :

Statut Complete/ Incomplete of Course : I can't finish the course. Can you tell me the solution ? How i can choose the statut of scorm when i publish the course?

What version of Storyline are you using?
What browser(s) are you using to troubleshoot the published content?
Are you comfortable with sharing the .story file with us for testing? If so, you can send it privately to us by using this link or attach it publicly here. We'll see how the course works in another LMS environment like SCORM Cloud, and delete it after!
