Problem opening Storyline 360 projects in Canvas LMS

I have been having problems opening Storyline 360 projects in Canvas since the end of August. (Projects uploaded prior to that time are still working well. ) The project either opens and freezes (no way to navigate past the first slide) OR it opens and the screen is gray or black OR it opens and the image on the first page looks off...the text is a different font and is not spaced properly...and then it freezes. I have been trying to get help through the Canvas Community, and quite a few others have said they're experiencing the same with their recently uploaded content. Canvas won't help because this is happening in my free account (hasn't happened yet in my work account since uploads were done in July and early August)...I saw another post with a reply from Canvas that it's a third party program so they won't help. Any idea why this is happening?
