I'm able to insert a video, publish the story, and see the video. However, when I attempt to preview the video Storyline 2 crashes. I've checked for Storyline 2 updates, my software appears to be current. Any ideas as to why I can't preview videos in Storyline 2?
Is this only happening in this project or in any project? If just this project, you may want to import into a new file and see if this alleviates the issue, but if it's across projects I would recommend the repair detailed here.
Thanks Leslie for testing the file. I may have a Storyline, Windows 10, Video conflict. I'm having problems importing video into PowerPoint as well. Will reach out to support engineers.

Thanks for responding! This happens across all projects. I tried the repair but it didn't work. I'm still having the same issues. Any other ideas?
Do you have a .story file to share so that I could take a look? Just let me know what slide to focus on.
