Problem Publishing to Word

Hello, fellow Storyline zealots!
We upgraded to Storyline 2 yesterday, and immediately tried the Publish to Word option to generate a storyboard. We had been able to do it successfully in version 1 for a time, and then suddenly (I believe once we upgraded Windows) it wouldn't work if we clicked to include Notes. I was hoping the new version would resolve the issue for us, as Articulate Support was not able to help. Now, in the new version, we can't get a document to generate AT ALL in Word. YIKES!!
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Do any of your glorious brains have any ideas of something that could be causing us this frustration?
Thank you, friends!
Shari

Hello Shari,
I tested a file using the publish to Word, and it worked successfully. Please make sure you are using Microsoft Word 2007 or later (32-bit or 64-bit)
If you continue to have issues, you could always attach your file, or part of it, so we can take a look as well.
Please let us know if you need anything else.
Thank you, Emily!
I opened a case with Articulate Support and I just heard back from Regil, who shared a solution with me that worked! Here's the info from the email I received in case others run into this:
You may find that publishing an Articulate Storyline course to Microsoft Word ends unexpectedly without completing if your course includes slide notes. This can occur if you're using Word 2010 or 2013 with custom File Block Settings. See this article for more information and a solution:

Thank you all for your awesome support!
Thanks for the update and for sharing the solution for this issue!
Hi I am having the same issue. I've followed the instruction to reset Word to default settings. But still experiencing problems. It seems Storyline can't output a Word version at all. I am using SL2 and MS Office 365. Any advice?
Hi Li!
Is your office version a local install as well? Here are our system requirements.
